How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times quoted are estimates and are not binding on GREAT STATE INDUSTRIES CO.,LTD until the job is in production.

Do I have to pay import duties?
The price on the quote will include any import duties that are incurred for the product. Unless specifically indicated in the quote or proforma, no import duties will be charged.
What are my payment options?
EFT, Zapper and Payfast. Credit card payments are accepted if confirmed by your sales consultant.
Are there any product limitations?
Product information and features are included on the product pages. If there is any additional features or attributes that are expected these need to be confirmed in writing. If not confirmed in writing then it would default to not being an attribute of the product.
What is your return policy for international orders?
This will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please provide information in writing.
